The following article should be read to provide a variety of considerations in daily life.  How it aligns or not with your family, thinking, expectations and oversight management of your community is a critical expectation, now diminished.  It appears the article discusses the return of citizen engagement in schools and all functions of government/special group actions, including schools, police, expenditures, and citizen well-being.  Do we maintain control and oversight of our cities and towns as citizens, or do we allow others to do so, right or wrong?
